Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the Halcyon Hot Springs Resort was simply amazing! The cabins are comfortable and a short walk to the hot springs. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal, but I did encounter a frustrating issue with a staff member regarding glass restrictions. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing place to recharge during the holidays.
The resort has a beautiful setting with well-maintained pools and a relaxing atmosphere. While the dining experience was a highlight with fantastic food, the service at the front desk and certain unwritten rules led to some frustration. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of our cabin, but I felt the overall value didn't quite match the price we paid.
I was really let down by my stay at this resort. While the location and some of the amenities, like the spa, were enjoyable, the overall experience fell short. The service was lacking and I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. It seems the resort has lost its charm. It pains me to say that I wouldn’t consider returning.
My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. The hot springs were fantastic and the staff treated us exceptionally well, especially Jessica who went above and beyond. However, the accommodations were not worth the high price we paid, and the kitchen supplies were lacking which made our dining experience less enjoyable. Overall, I appreciated the relaxing atmosphere but left feeling a bit disappointed in the value we received.
I had a wonderful experience at the resort. The chalet was cozy and allowed for a relaxing getaway, especially with a beautiful lake view. However, there were a few maintenance issues that need addressing, particularly with the cleanliness and some amenities in the chalet. The restaurant offered very good food but felt slightly overpriced for what we received. Overall, the location was stunning and ideal for a peaceful break.
